Is it possible to get a cheque back to yourself from credit card company (Tesco) if you are in credit on it. The cheque amount would obviously be for how much I was in credit on the card?

Thanks

I think so- but maybe you'd have to close the account to get it.
You can try, but you may either have to take a cash advance, and pay any charges, or make purchases up to the amount that you have overpaid.
A lot of places won't do this, something to do with money laundering laws - it just sits as a credit until you buy something else.
