Insurance on a Rented Flat

I am going to rent out my unfurnished flat, and wonder if I should insure the'contents' - which would only be the kitchen and bathroom ? Or are these incorporated in the Buildings Insurance which I pay through the management agent ?

Those are fixtures and fittings, and included in your buildings insurance.
