I know you can pay some money into an account in copper coins and that there's a limit too how much you can pay in at a time (except children and charities) but, whenever i search on the website, it says internet explorer can't display this page. But what is the age limit on being a child (i'm 16 so don't know if i apply) and if being 16 has a limit, what is it?

I know it probably won't take someone 2 minutes to search on the site, but the internet goes funny whenever i try and find it.

thanks in advanced. molly.
