my friend lives with his mother and he's been told that he's going to be called
on by the bailiffs.as he lives with his mother do the bailiffs need permission of
the home owner to enter into her house.also can they take any goods from her
house if they belong to her and not her sons.
can he tell them that he's only renting a room off her,and can only enter the room
he rents off her.if you can see where im leading to.

hes not just renting a room though is he, he would be using all communal areas of house at least. Otherwise anyone shirking from the financial responsibilities would just put things in other rooms wouldnt they.

They cant take anything that belongs to his mother though.
