I'm 17 with a solo card and I have forgotten what my cash withdraw limit is. I think its 100, but does that also apply to paying for stuff online and sending cheques?

I have recently won an item on ebay for 115 and am wondering if I can pay with my card or cheque (I have the money available)

As far as I'm aware your cash withdrawal limit is for the cashpoints only, as long as you have the money in your account you can write as many cheques for whatever amount you like.
yes that is true you have no limit on cheques or debit payments, im with halifax and you can withdraw up to 1200 a day over the counter and 300 a day from the cash machine
Pay for your eBay item and enjoy it!  Your 100 limit is for at the cash machine.  It may also be for writing out cheques, i.e. each cheque must be for no more than 100 but to get round that, if you buy an item for 150, you write two cheques, one for 100 and one for 50.  If you have the funds in your account, it's yours to spend!
