My partner and I took out a mortgage on a house about one and a half years ago.  We pay the mortgage 50/50 and the bills 50/50.  We are currently seperating and I am in a dilema as to what happens about the house!!  If I move out I will have to rent another property which will cost me, therefore I won't be able to make mortgage repayments as well.  Will this affect the splitting of the profit made on the house when it is eventually sold?? Can I be forced to pay the mortgage as well as the cost of a flat??
