Their web site only seems to give a couple of phone numbers: http://www.kfc.co.uk/index/index.php Try ringing one of those and asking for the postal address. On another site, I saw that the General manager of KFC UK is Justin Ash. On another one, their Development Manager is shown as Phil Speechley. Their corporate address in the US is: Jeffrey A. Moody, President, KFC c/o Tricon Global Restaurants Inc. 1441 Gardiner Lane Louisville Kentucky 40213 USA

I wrote to them once, probably for the same reason as you maybe? I will look up the UK address for you and post back later. Mine was a complaint towards their staff at my local one as they are totally useless and have been for the last 5 years - never ONCE had a correct order :o(
