Buying an Indian SIM card in UK?

My boss is about to go to India on business and has asked me to see if I can source him an Indian pay as you go SIM card here in the UK. He would then use this in India to contact our Indian clients, either via landline or mobile.

I am having a look online but have not been able to find one as yet - does anybody know a) if this is possible to buy here and b) if so, where I can look?
