bank charges

does anyone know when the banks go back to court so we can reclaim our money .... i hope it soon.....................

If you mean the one about reclaiming bank charges, it was earlier this year and found in favour of the account holders

The hearing earlier this year did not find in favour of anybody.

It was merely to see if banks are subject to the same fairness rules as other companies. It was decided they were.

Now there has to be a hearing to determine if the charges are indeed unfair, which the Office of Fair Trading is currently looking at, but the banks have been given leave to appeal - so it will be some time yet.
