noone, unless theres some sort of court order i would imagine .




yes they tell them because youre taxed on interest earned .

The Inland Revenue may share info with the DSS or whatever they are nowadays and banks have a legal obligation to inform the Revenue of interest payments on bank accounts along with tax details of tax deductions.
they could share your info with anybody if they leave laptops on trains, or dispose of forms unsafely...

Lets face it just about every single government division has been found guilty of the same!!!
