holiday payment

we are about to take a holiday in france.the person who we are renting the cottage from has given us the option of either paying in advance with a sterling cheque or settling up with euros when we get there.which way works out best for me....

It's a complete gamble at the moment nikko and i don't think there will be any significant alteration to the rate over the next couple of weeks. Even if there were, it should only make a few pounds difference. I'd pay by cheque, for convenience instead of having the hassle of going to the bank for a wallet full of cash.
