Can you explain simply what "pooled funding" is and "segregated funding"?

in pooled funds all money is in a pool what ever % of the fund your money makes up you own that % of each individual asset on withdrawl hence to make it easier hence these funds have a value of there own as if it was stock so that you can work out how much your money is worth Segregated is exactly that your money bought whatever assets your money bought
