we are a small company who supply a large worldwide company with various parts
they have recently gone onto a saps system. how may this affect our dealings with them. i.e may it mean we get fewer orders from them?

There are several sytems known as SAP or SAPS. WHhat exactly is the system? And why do you think it might lead to fewer orders because if teh SAP is what I think it is I'm not clear what the link is to order levels.
SAP is an Enterprise Resource Planning software package. It is designed to automate a lot of the finance functions from order to delivery (clients buying from them) and procure to pay (buying raw materials).

It should not affect the size or frequency of orders, as that is a supply chain issue. It may affect the information they request from you in terms of quotes, confirmations, delivery notices and invoices. However, it shouldn't be a big issue once the new system is bedded in
