(1) Is a second charge valid if it is not registered with mortgage lender by the finance company that applies for the mortgage on your behalf ?.
(2)Is there a cap on the amount of money a financial company can borrow you to purchase a property ?, what kind of criteria govern this cap ?
(3)what are the implications for the finance company if it found out to have exceeded, if any, this cap ?
