What is the quickest way to transfer money from a lloyds tsb current account to someone's HSBC account?

Quickest would be a CHAPS payment, it happens the same day but would cost you about �25.

The other way is to withdraw cash from Lloyds and pay it in to the HSBC account over the counter at HSBC (obviously not practical for large amounts).

the quickest way that dosent cost money is to simly take cash out of the lloyds account and put cash into the hsbc account
