Does anybody speak/read Korean? (Help required)

Hello all,

I have just taken delivery of three parcels from Korea. Unfortunately, the item in one of the boxes is broken, so I'm not especially pleased.

Because I am both the sender and the recipient, I have been advised by Parcel Force (the company that delivered the parcel to my home) to get in contact with the Post Office in Korea. Their website is understandably in Korean only, which is causing a bit of a problem!

If anybody could take a very quick look and find me either a form to fill in or an email address, one which can be used for my enquiry, that would be great.

Thanks very much in advance!

It would probably be helpful if I posted the website address:

http://www.epost.go.kr/
After flicking through many 'squiggly' written pages I actually managed to get the pages switched to English (was an option on the left on one of the pages) and found this.

The product is delivered with a damage.
When there is a damage in the product delivered, return the damaged product to the concerned post office and send a mail to the ePOST webmaster([email protected]).

This is the page it was taken from- hope it still comes across in English!
