Don't know of any good ones. One to avoid though is Debtfree Direct.

Any particular reason why??
Don't go to any of the ones that advertise on TV or internet. You could try Grant Thornton or Payplan
We used them and they are less than useless. All they care about is getting their fees. They gave us the wrong advice and we have finished up having to re-mortgage to get out of the IVA. You would be better off trying to find a local IP who would do a better, more personal job.
Fully agree with Kathyan. Don't use Debt Free Direct - they are like a lot of the others and could easily mislead you as to what they can achieve.

Hi - I haven't been in your situation before, but a friend who was said that these guys (http://www.nationalguarantee.co.uk/jump-bankru ptcy-ivas.asp) were really good. I hope they can help you out.
Speak to the CCCS (google it to find details). They are a charity (so aren't just looking for fees) and will advise you on the best course of action to take.
you could speak to enterprisehomeloans who specialise in this. Be very carful using other well known companys they charge a upfront fee of 1000's if you cant pay they put it on the debt!!! As far as i am awar enterprise charge no fee. Good luck.
