If I sue someone in the small claims court for �10,000 and the judge tells me I have one my case, how do I get my money off the person I have sued if they say they can't Pay

Use a Court Order to invoke bailiffs to seize assets? There is no point suing someone if you think they don't have the resources that you seek.
You can't because the small claims court only deals with cases of �5,000 and under. Therefore a �10,000 case would be dealt with in a proper court.
