Hi,
My sister-in-law died and did not leave a will. As her brother (my late husband) has since died without a will, how will his share of her estate be divided within my family - Will I be the sole beneficiary or will my late husbands share be divided between our two children and me?
Thank you in anticipation, T

I don't think that where your late husband got the assets from is relevant - they were his and will be divided on that basis
