My fiance cheated on me and decided to leave and now refuses to pay a �3000 loan that I got for him. He has bad credit and he hasnt signed any written agreement to pay me back but I can show evidence that the loan was used to pay a loan of his as the loan company is going to do a letter and I have bank statements. Is it worth pursuing in a small claims court?
