If you are already registered on the HMRC site, log in and change address on your personal account. Or use gov.uk to change address. DWP: Anyone receiving a pension or other benefits should inform the Department for Work and Pensions of a new address. You can use gov.uk or contact the Pension Service.

Back in the days when I was constantly switching between being on JSA and doing casual work (for which I always remembered to 'sign off'), I frequently notified DWP of my change in circumstances by simply posting a note through the door of my local JobCentre Plus.

That appears to still be a valid method.  Quote:
"You can report a change of circumstances by . . . writing to the Jobcentre Plus office that pays your Income Support - the address is on the letters you get about your Income Support".

(That link refers specifically to Income Support but it's likely to apply to any other benefits under the control of the DWP too)/
