First of all I do not participate Black Friday.  but looked at my banking online card and have noticed nearly £100 has been taken from Amazon for a "purchase I am supposed to have purchased - it was nearly £100.  i don't know what it is

HI2EN0CP4  that's the name of the order - don't know what it is and I certainly never ordered.  I have contacted Amazon but am getting no where - any help please.  Thanks

Contact your bank first. They can stop use of the card to prevent any fraudulent use and can advise you how to proceed.

JJ, sign in to Amazon and go to where it says account and lists. Go to my orders and you will see there if it could be something you have ordered and forgotten about.

If there is nothing there that comes to that amount, you will have to contact your bank as chelle has suggested.

I seem to think there was a time when this happened to me but then I saw it was 2 items added together.

If you can't sort it, come back and let us know.

Have you looked in "orders" to see if you can find it. The online chat is good. Type in your question and you will be asked to confirm the order you are querying and carry on from there. If they ask to call you explain you have hearing difficulty and they will try to accommodate you.
Do also contact your bank first

thanks - i have looked at the purchases/orders but I do like the Chatline but can never get on to it.  Thanks again

Got on to chat line.  They inadvertently took a "prime payment from my account

Have they refunded?

It is shameful that Amazon makes it difficult to avoid the trap of "prime" when ordering. I was very nearly caught

Amazon would like you to use "Prime" and nudge you into using it. Anyone with a modicum of sense, however, would be aware of this and easily avoid it.

I do have a Prime subscription and find it's money well spent (for us, that is).

Jennyjoan/ Jinnyjoan this has to be the 7 or 8th time you have signed up to prime, why not just sign up!

you cant just go onto amazon and just go 'pling'

every 'continue' every 'next' may hide a wonderful free offer to Prime. - every go to check out ( they may add something you dont want)

and yes I understand Jeff Bazos ( nett worth $65bn - yes that was a billion) has been criticised for entrapment of innocent and vulnerable old age pensioners such as you and myself

As long as £95 is refunded next week.  Red I have ever never pinged for prime. But according to you have been 8 or 9 times without my agreement and never will.  You're always ready to start on me

My first thought on reading this was 'Prime' account. It seems to happen to you every year, JJ. Be more careful what you're clicking on, or not clicking on.

Do you get a lot of deliveries from Amazon? If so, a Prime account might be worth considering.

No I don't get many so it wouldn't be worth.

You don't have to ping to add Prime. Amazon automatically add you, unless you tick or avoid a box somewhere that stops them adding. It takes a lot of concentration to avoid . I only order once a year or less

I wasn't having a 'go' straight away I knew it was prime as it happens so often for you.

Floko there is a button that says something like 'continue without using prime'

Yes Floko

i dont think helen was starting on you JJ, just pointing out this happens to you nearly evey year :)
