I was told by one friend that the Post Office is the best one they've seen. I'm looking into investing my little girl's fund certificate, but I'm after an 'ethical' bank.
I invested mine in nationwide as I wanted just a straight forward account that didnt mess with stocks and shares and nationwide was one of the few i found and its interest rates were ok. I dont believe that you have to deposit money in any of them at all, i havent deposited any in m daughters yet anyway, hope this helps
