Tories saying 5% tax on energy bills is unfair to lower paid households,who imposed this tax was it UK or EU ?

I think it's Vote Leave not the Tory party who want to scrap VAT on fuel.
Yes some of them are Tories though, and some are Labour, although there are more Tories than Labour members

Yes Gove was calling it an unfair tax and i wondered if it was imposed by Tories did he vote for it

No Gove didn't vote on it as it was introduced in 1993 I think and he didn't become an MP until 2005

This statistics is justa statement of the obvious. It wouldn't change much even if VAT were removed

Thanks all, i just thought i`d caught Gove being hypocritical if he`d voted for it,never mind i`ll keep trying to catch the tories out
Why? What are you going to do when you've caught them?
If you are looking for hypocracy in politics you needn't just look at the Tories yansee.
