if you and someone else have agreed in fron of a judge that one will do X and the other will do Y I would expect you to be able to go back to the court and ask the judge to enforce it

[ which I agree is not necessarily a contract .... but you know - saying you would do X in front of a judge and not doing it strikes me as fraught with problems ]
Probably. How was this made? Straightforward consent order or Tomlin Order? The latter is normally a contract, the former a Court Order.
