Tax Credit Payment Missing

Does anyone know how I can contact Tax Credits? My Partner and I are both on low wages and receive £50 per week in Working Tax Credits. We still struggle on our income despite this bit of help, but this week we have received nothing! And no matter how many times I try to contact the phone line, I just can't get through! Now I'm panicking, as we totally rely on this money every week. Is anyone else having similar problems?

Since the Tax Credit hotline is the only way to sort a problem out, and since you can't get through on that line....it may be an indication that LOTS of people are having problems. You'll have to persevere with it....try different times (just after lines open or just before they close).
