I keep getting an 0800 number calling me, 3 or 4 times a day, when I answer it is a foreigner on the other end, I tell them to stop calling and remove my number from their list but still the calls keep coming, how can I block this number? I'm a Sky customer. Thanks for any help.

Check your users handbook(phone). There should be a section showing how to block unwanted numbers.

ask sky ? dont bother with the TPS its useless the only way to block calls it to pay for a device to do it,or change ya number
Join the Telephone Preference Service - or pay to join Call Prevention, which we do - then they can block the number. Or, just don't answer, they'll get fed up in the end. Do they say who it is calling? If you know the number you can look it up on whocallsme.com to see if they are bothering anyone else.
have you registered for TPS?
(telephone preference service?
Doesn't block all calls, but if you answer next time, just tell them that you are registered with TPS.
boxtop tps dont block calls
TPS don't, ivor, but CPR can sort it out for you
My telephone (Toshiba) handbook shows how to bar up to 30 numbers.Surely this is the simplest way to do it.

0800 and Number Withheld calls to us are just not answered,
If it's important they can leave a message.

If you put the numbers into google yhere is a site called whocallsme. You can find out who is calling you. I don't answer any call from numbers I don't recognise.
