It is a scam caller - from a company called Eco Energy. Don't know anything about them sorry.

A company called Eco Energy. They will try to get you to sign up to a bogus tariff if you speak to a person there.

Answer it when they call & say '' Putting you on hold caller whilst we trace your call''. Go and make a coffee & when you return they will either have gone off line & will not call you back because of the veiled threat of tracing or if still holding you will have cost them unwanted fees for the privilege of phoning you in the first place.
