Six months ago my father died and left his house to us 3 sisters - the other 2 are the executors of the will - chosen by my father as I spend most of my time outside the UK. After his death we verbally agreed that 1 sister could take possession of the property if she paid the other 2 the asking price. After 6 months I am getting nowhere - she has not paid any money to me (I don't know about the other sister) or enters into any kind of correspondence except to say she "is busy". My father showed me the will before he died but I do not know where it is or have a copy of it or which Solicitor it was lodged with.

Where do I go from here??

You should be able to locate the will through the Probate Office of the area in which your father lived. A list of such offices is here , and you can also find out who is currently registered as the owner of the property by clicking here and following the instructions (you only need to see the Register).
