I filed a complaint against College Assistance Admissions a few days ago and I just now received a response from them.The big problem is I seem to have gotten a response to somebody elses complaint against them.I don't know what to do.So I'm asking for some assistance on how to handle this.Has this happened to you before?Did you ever receive a response for YOUR complaint?

I'm not sure why your title is about BBB then your post is about CAA and I have no experience of either as they seem to be based in the US or Canada whereas I'm in the UK.
Anyway, if you have received back a letter intended for someone else I suggest you contact whoever you complained to (BBB or CCA) them and let them know you haven't had your response yet

This is a UK side, lerodri - it sounds like you are in America - but my answer's the same as factor's, ^, given them a ring and tell them they've got their cases mixed up.
