How do you copy right a logo?

I have had a look on ask jeeves and there are so many sites it makes my head ache :(

How much does it cost? how long does it take? and is it worth doing it?

I think you may mean a trademark.

I have had a look and this is probably the way we have to go but I can't see how much this will cost us!

There is a £30 discount if done a particular way but that is as far as I could see about prices :(

Any ideas please?
