Loft insulation grants in N Ireland

My disabled daughter lives with us and is in receipt of the high rate of DLA. We are not disabled however. Do you know if we can avail of any grants for loft insulation here in Northern Ireland?

Thanks twix123. Unfortunately it seems the house owners (us) need to be the ones in receipt of DLA to be eligible. That our daughter receives DLA seems not to count.
