Are there any FD customers on here? If there are, could one of you be kind enough to see if you can log on to your account. Every time I try I get this:

Not Found

The requested URL /trends/intbanking_refer.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've tried, ladybirder. I can get the front page up but the moment I click on 'log in' it tells me the link is broken. Maybe you should give them a ring.

I had this problem all day yesterday and this morning so rang them. It seems they are having problems with one of their servers. When you enter the web address have a look and if it says http://www2.firstdirect then change the 2 to a 1 and it should work. Well it did for me

Thank you naomi and mac, not just me then. I'll try your suggestion mac but if it doesn't work then I'll leave it until tomorrow. Not urgent thankfully.

Hope it works for you. He did say that the problem should be sorted now but it wasnt but changing the number of the server did.
