Fed up with Halifax Online: Cannot acess value of ISAs on line, "Don't worry we will have a new Website up and running in a year! Just telephone us"
If only it were that easy or quick.
What is the best ISA provider with good online access?

santander flexible Isa, 3.3%, instant access, online, atm, counter.

Thanks for that nanscamp. Santander have had very bad press recently, particularly with regard to customer relations; do you, or anyone else, have experience of them?

Ours are with m and p have done well access and checking seems to be easy. Warning: this is not financial advice!!! Shares can go down as well as up.

we have a new branch in our town and they are extremely busy. I have just done this isa with them, quick and easy. The girl told me they have a dedicated complaints team and they are trying to get their bad press sorted out. Ive had no problems

I bank online with Santander............never had any problems (don't get me started on the Halifax)

According to Which? - best ISAs from AA and Barclays. They warn about appalling customer service from Santander.
