I am wanting to change the title deeds on my house from joint names into my sole name. Does anyone have any idea what the best way to go about this might be??

You need to see a Solicitor or Conveyancing Lawyer about arranging a Transfer of Equity.
See a solicitor
I used to work for a conveyancing company and from what I remember we used to charge about £300 for a Transfer of Equity.
Is there a mortgage on the property? If not, you can do it yourself. Print off the TR1 form from the Land Registry website. It has to be signed by both transferors. Presumably there is no consideration (payment)? Then complete the AP1 form and send both with a cheque for the fee to the Land Registry. It depends also on how you both own the property. Are you tenants-in-common with equal shares?
