How do i disown my husbands debt?

Before we were married my husband occured big financial debt and is now undertaking a debt management plan but of course now we are married the company wants my small loan to be included but i have no problem with paying the loan...what do i do as i dont want to be included in this plan and loose my own credit rating?
When my husband tok out one o his large loans he used my name as a second name guaranture but i have never paid anything towards to loan as it has nothing to do with me, is this a problem?
