Credit scores

Hi
I have looked at my credit score on creditexpert.co.uk..it was 312 On June 19th.. now today its 0 yes Zero as i got car finance.. BUT I have not missed a payment either..

Do I need to have a look at equifax and any others to look for an overall total, or does credit expert do that for me??

Do I need to look at equifax and maybe the other one too think its called callcredit ..
