I need a secure Savings Account with instant access, no penalties, available from a 'hole in the wall', with the option of Tax free income - internet or branch based. Any ideas?

How much money and what sort of interest?

You can get tax free ISAs paying a little over 6% with penalty free ATM access, but you are restricted to the amount of cash you can save each year.

If you are a non-tax payer all accounts can be tax free by signing a simple form.
