Coach-house insurance
Hi
Any AB-ers own a coachhouse or mews style apartment ?( first floor detached flat built over 3 garages). The flat is freehold, garages leasehold and as the owner you're responsible for insuring all the garages.
My question is, who would you recommend for buildings / contents insurance ?
I would like to change my insurer due to them increasing my premium but not many insurance companies seem to want to insure this kind of property.
Anyone had a similar problem ?
