Hi does anybody know what W/M1 TAX CODE is
never had this one before....

It isn't a tax code - it's a qualifier to a tax code to indicate that it is not to be applied on a cumulative basis. You should have a numeric code as well.

It actually means Week/Month 1

other than w/m1.....
Then someone has goofed.
