im buying a house with my girlfriend the mortgage we be in my name because she has ccjs so its easier and cheaper for me to get one and i will be paying 10% deposit of my money and all the fees to buy it ... my wages will be �1200 per month and my girl friend will be putting �400 a month into the house now if we where to split up what would happen

and if we have to sell the house im happy to split it but i would like to get my 10% back and fees first so what can i do
