  I am probably in the wrong section

We foolishly bought a �4500.00 +holiday package in spain ( similar to a time-share ) where we could go on holiday world-wide .We were  told we could sell it back after a year  This year we were comtacted by a representative from a firm calling themselves Homeseekers S.L.  of Estepona Malaga Spain. Can anyone help me with information about this firm .are they genuine Thanks Genny

I found this link to your question as a google search on homeseekers.

I too unfortunatly thought it a good idea to buy a package from a company called vacation time.in majorca. homeseekers have been contacting me by phone and saying they can sell my package for 8600 but !!!!! they require 1700 euro tax fee to be paid first.

i am very sceptical of this , why not take the tax from the sale, this does not add up, i think they have a lot of holiday scams in spain and i would not advise you to part with more money.  i am trying to find out more info on them. or if any one els has info please tell us .thaks   ..garry

I have also been approached by this company.  It was to sell my Full Circle package for �5800.  The tax asked for is �1498, with a refund of �1423. 

I too would appreciate some information on this firm.
