hi, e ON send my bill after 8months do i have to pay them this is the first after i moved from edf to e ON

Of course you have to pay if you used the leccy! What makes you think that you wouldn't have to?

You used it so yes.

If paying the full amount would be difficult you could ask them if you can make instalments though.
