I own a corporation and I am being sued for negligence, they are attempting to pierce the corporate veil, if they do and can sue me what options do I have as far as payment while still holding my assests?

I presume this is an American question based on the use of the word "corporation". Britons would normally say "company".

This is a British site so people are unlikely to be able to help you. Also, it's probably more a legal question anyway, than a finance one.
