Need help for online shop?

I`m want to create online shop for clothes(e-commerce). I need information about the types of agreement with the suppliers. Do I have to buy all of my products (wholesale) in order to sell them later, or as I read on the web there is some kind of a "turnkey" that allows to sell products from your suppliers,and after the order is made at your web site, you pay the supplier and he delivers the product to the customer with your company name on the package. Is there any other way?
