What vegetables and fruits do not contain carbohydrates?

They all contain some, but much of it is in forms that humans cannot digest, so doesn't count ... the usual suspects I'm afraid. Lettuce, cucumber, cabbage (largely), spinach ... leaf vegetables on the whole. Root vegetables all contain quite a bit, as do nearly all fruits.
