Morning everyone!

I've given up on losing weight, and have just got back in to running or riding the bike every day - for as long as that lasts! No, really, I've given up on worrying about my weight, and focusing instead on staying fit throughout autumn and winter!

Am I being foolish?

Here's last month's thread: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1508281.html

I read a couple of books which helped me get excited for running again, which I will post as answers below.

Morning xstitcher and OG well after my few indulgences I have stayed the same but better be careful this week in case it catches up with me .
That's not fair! My cookie was less than your breakfast! :-((
Mmm...

I'm back down again today. Must have been the pizza and potato wedges I had yesterday.

(although maybe I should say that, that was about all I had all day so was way under goal)
Good morning all,

Aha now I'm getting somewhere and am down to a number I haven't seen for a long time. Lovely jubbely!
Well done.
Well done xstitcher and OG . Surprise surprise I am still the same .
Well we seem to have missed November totally.

Due to another inexplicable drop over the last 24 hours, my loss for the week has increased to 3 lbs.
I did ask him OG but got no answer. I'll try again.
