Started my diet again!

Yesterday in fact. I had a month long break and I reckon I've put on half a stone. I hope to shift it in the next 2 months. Anyone else fall of the diet wagon?

Eat, drink and be merry.

Tomorrow you may diet.

Tigger, as we should!
A week before Christmas I lost 7 pounds due to a tummy bug. I've regained 9 pounds after gorging on cake, biscuits, sweets & puddings! Today I forced myself to throw away the last of the homemade Xmas cake! Aaaagghh! Still have biscuits BUT will reduce my intake of food. Works good for me. Obviously!
Dieting? What's the point? It's relatively simple. Eat Less, move more.
That's what we're all told anyway, I don't have a problem with the eating less it's the moving more where I come a cropper.
Question Author
Well I haven't done much moving these last few weeks as I've been off work. Back on Monday and I'm sure I'll be very busy. Although its a desk job I do walk around a lot for a lot of my duties so its all good.
