i have just started the weight watchers - at last!
I am tracking my points online and am a bit confused.
I wanted to put in that I'd eaten crackerbread, at 1 point each. But when I put 6 as the total eaten, the points were only 3!
How can that be?

I also do tracking online. I tried putting in crackerbread like you and got the same answer. I shall ask at my meeting on Thursday. If you can wait that long I'll let you know the answer! Good luck with the rest of the day's tracking! Just thought, try putting a question on the Message Boards somebody may have the answer for you. Ruthie x
It might be that they are half a point. The tracker tends to round up the point value of foods.
Just an idea.
Icemaiden you are exactly right! i checked at the meeting this morning and crackerbreads are halfa point and the new system does not have any half points in it so 6 crackerbread would be 3 points. Crisgal, do you have access to a little purple booklet called "Pocket Guide" as it tells you all about the rounding up system? If not it means that if for instance something is up to the value of 1.4 it's counted as 1 point and 1.5 to 2 is 2 points. So we can't simply double or triple the points we need to use a WW calculator or the online tools on the Points Tracker page. A bit wordy but that's how I was told at the meeting this morning. hth ruthie

I am eating so much fruit! I can't believe that it's all free - when i did ww about 18 years ago, i was only allowed half a banana!
I don't get it really, I mean, i'm still eating more calories with more bananas as they aren't calorie free are they? I wonder how it works?
