Evening I have just started to go to the gym I go everyday for an hour aerobic training but havent lost any weight do u think its too soon how long before I should expect to see results? I am also cutting down on calories eating salad and fruit mainly with a piece of fish...no choc crisps biscuits etc Would be gratful for any advise TIA

Give it a couple of weeks, you're expecting too much too soon! - you'll probably see a change in body shape as you get fitter, before you notice an appreciable change in weight. You ought to be aiming to lose 2 lbs per week, that's a sustainable loss.

I hate my treadmill....................but it works.
You would be better with a body composition scale which measures your % fat as well as weight.
